CBS]Annie Cornell
(Moira Kelly, The Cutting Edge) and Sean O'Brien (Jason
Beghe, Chicago Hope, G.I. Jane) star as a wonderfully crazed
and confused loving couple in this fast-paced romantic
comedy. He's a neighborhood cop and she's a defense
attorney-and both are as deeply involved in their cases as
they are in love. As luck would have it, their cases
frequently pit them against each other. Part Nick and Nora,
part Sam and Diane, childhood sweethearts Sean and Annie
engage in a never-ending battle between love and law. Not
helping the situation are Sean's three wild brothers, Tommy
(Stephen Largay) and Michael
(Jason Wiles), who are cops, and
Patrick (Steven Lee), a firefighter; Fiona, his overly
dramatic Irish mother (Finola Flanagan), and Robert, his
taciturn father (John Cullum).

Moira recently was
interviewed, and revealed that she want to explore the
sensual, sexual side of her acting career. It's a side we
haven't seen too much of in the past; and yet, it seems to
be in line with her desire to be known as a complete
actress. The writer-producer of To Have and to Hold, Joanne
Waters, is very outgoing and almost flamboyant at times,
adding a great deal of energy and personality to the show,
and her creative juices and vitality really shine through in
her public appearances. I personally wish Joanne and Moira
the best, and hope they do this right.
